Responsibilities

  • Receive fully sponsored enrollment in real‑estate school to support you throughout the licensing process.
  • Upon passing the licensing exam, enter our fast‑track training program to launch your career as a high‑achieving agent with six‑figure income potential.
  • Respond to inbound leads and meet with clients during both weekdays and weekends as needed.
  • Work closely with Inside Sales Agents, Transaction Coordinators, and Sales Leaders in a collaborative, high‑energy environment that fosters continuous learning, professional development, and long‑term career growth.

Compensation
