Marcus & Millichap’s Charleston office is expanding and seeking a driven, entrepreneurial sales professional to join our retail investment sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers significant earnings potential within a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities- Follow the roadmap supplied by mentors and training programs in an entrepreneurial and autonomous manner.
- Participate in best-in-class training and ongoing skills-development workshops.
- Contact and advise clients, companies, and institutions in the development and execution of their individualized real estate investment strategies.
- Prepare analyses of clients' properties, including opinions of value, market comparables, and research.
- Research the local market and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
- Market investment real estate internally, externally, and to clients who are active investors.
- Collaborate with Senior Agents to achieve business and career goals with a clear path to growth.
- Network with other industry professionals.
- Advise clients in the development and execution of their individualized real estate investment strategies.
- Prepare analyses of clients' properties, including broker opinions of value (BOV), market comparables, and research.
- Research the local market and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
- Market exclusive property listings to qualified buyers.
- Prospect new client relationships and network with other industry professionals.
- Negotiate exclusive listing agreements and purchase and sales agreements.
- Participate in ongoing training and skills-development workshops.
