JOB DESCRIPTION
  • 4 years of Sales experience.
  • At least 1 year of real estate sales experience
  • English is a must.

We are seeking an individual who is resourceful, organized, methodical, proactive, and takes initiative. The ideal candidate should possess strong work ethic, positive mindset, adaptability, optimism, personal maturity, and demonstrate rigor in carrying out their responsibilities. Additionally, they should enjoy working as part of a team.

To develop commercial strategies aimed at building customer loyalty and increasing occupancy of our property portfolio in the assigned area.

Main Responsibilities
  • Market the product and actively seek out clients to increase occupancy rates.
  • Provide information to current and prospective customers regarding the features and amenities of the properties in order to optimize the sales process.
  • Conduct property visits based on demand.
  • Follow up on outstanding documentation from clients.
  • Manage and document property visits.
  • Handle phone inquiries and reservations.
  • Ensure daily updates of the website.
  • Facilitate the entire rental housing process.
