What You’ll Be Doing:
As our Unit Manager, you’ll be the clinical quarterback for Christie Rehab:
- Lead and support a skilled nursing team caring for high-acuity, short-stay rehab patients
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapy, pharmacy, and social services
- Round on patients, track progress, and jump in when conditions change
- Ensure care plans, documentation, and assessments are on point
- Champion quality outcomes like successful discharges, low rehospitalizations, and patient satisfaction
- Mentor, coach, and help grow an amazing nursing team
- Keep us survey-ready and compliant with CMS and state regulations
- Be a go-to clinical resource for patients and families during their rehab journey
Requirements
You’re a Great Fit If You:- Are a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing in South Carolina
- Have 1–3 years of experience in skilled nursing or long-term care
- Love leadership (charge nurse or supervisory experience is a big plus!)
- Enjoy a fast-paced environment where every day is different
- Have strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a calm-under-pressure vibe
