Join our Roper St. Francis Healthcare Palliative Care team
- Requires 1 year of experience as an NP, experience with hospice or palliative care preferred
- Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
- Provides palliative care consultations and follow-up visits in Post-Acute care settings;
Home, ALF, and outpatient clinic in hospital system cancer center. In-person and Virtual visits. - Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, retirement

Palliative care providers focus on patients with long term serious illness. Collaboration with primary care and specialist care on symptom management, goals of care, focus on quality of life while receiving curative treatments. Providing an extra layer of support.
