• Lead Your Shift – Oversee nursing operations, coordinate care, and ensure clinical excellence
• Mentor & Inspire – Guide CNAs and LPNs, fostering a collaborative team culture
• Advocate for Residents – Be the voice for quality care, working closely with families and the interdisciplinary team
• Make Clinical Decisions – Use your expertise to assess, intervene, and elevate resident outcomes

• Active SC RN license in good standing
• 1-2+ years of nursing experience (long-term care / SNF experience a plus!)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
