Job Title

Registered Nurse – Pediatric Critical Care Float Pool

Charleston , South Carolina

13 Weeks

3×12-hour day shifts
7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (36 hours/week)

• Provide high-acuity nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients
• Float within scope to all pediatric critical care units including CVPICU, NICU, and PICU
• Deliver care at 1:2 or 1:3 nurse-to-patient ratios based on patient acuity
• Monitor, assess, and manage complex pediatric conditions and critical care equipment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary pediatric specialty teams to ensure safe, high-quality care

• Minimum 2 years of Pediatric ICU experience
• Ability to float within scope across multiple pediatric critical care units
• Active South Carolina RN license or Multi-State/Compact RN license
• First-time travelers accepted with required experience

• BLS (AHA)
• PALS (AHA)
