Job Title: Pediatric Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Charleston, SC 29401

Duration: 13-week contract

Shift:

• 3x12-hour Day shifts

• 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

• 36 hours per week

• Every other weekend and holiday rotation

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-acuity nursing care to pediatric critical care patients

• Float within scope to all pediatric units including CVPICU, PICU, and NICU

• Maintain patient safety, monitoring, and documentation in critical care settings

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary pediatric care teams

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years Pediatric ICU experience

• Ability to float across pediatric critical care units

• Eligible for first-time travelers with required experience

Current Certifications:

• BLS (AHA required)

• PALS (AHA required)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ECMO

• Experience with CRRT

Distance Requirement:

• 60-mile local radius

• Local candidates accepted on a case-by-case basis (10% reduced bill rate for locals)
