RN - TELE

3x12 hours, 7:30 PM - 8:00 AM (Monday - Friday) with weekend rotation. Requires 2-3 shifts per month on weekends.

The RN Surgical Short Stay/Observation will provide care for patients in a Level I Trauma Center and Teaching Facility. This role requires strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient care.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with patient education and support families in health-related decisions.

• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a surgical or observation unit.
• Active South Carolina RN license or Multi-State/Compact RN license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Experience with EPIC charting system is a plus.
• Must be willing to float between like units as needed.
