Heritage Pools LLC is seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to drive new business, manage leads, and oversee marketing initiatives.

As Charleston’s top pool builder, we rely on a strong marketing strategy and an efficient sales process to connect with new clients and maintain our reputation for excellence. This role plays a critical part in ensuring leads are nurtured, sales opportunities are maximized, and our brand remains at the forefront of the industry.

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing incoming leads, overseeing marketing efforts, and ensuring a seamless transition from initial client inquiries to design consultations. This role requires excellent communication, organization, and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Reports To: Leadership Team
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle all incoming new construction leads and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Manage lead tracking and opportunity distribution to the design team.
  • Follow up with designers and prospective clients to support the sales pipeline.
  • Provide sales reports and data analysis for weekly meetings.
Marketing Coordination:
  • Act as the primary liaison with external marketing agencies.
  • Oversee social media content approvals and branding consistency.
  • Manage relationships with key marketing partners, including Charleston Home & Design.
  • Schedule and coordinate professional photography for completed projects.
Administrative & Reporting Tasks:
  • Monitor and update permit lists and sales-related reports.
  • Track Google Reviews and client feedback.
  • Assist in managing philanthropic efforts, sponsor ships, and award applications.
Qualifications and Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or administrative coordination preferred.

Skills &

Physical Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, email communication, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods as needed.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
