JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Marketing Executive – French Market will support the Marketing Manager in executing marketing strategies and campaigns for Canvas. You will take ownership of the marketing plan for the French market, helping to drive brand awareness, engagement, occupancy, and customer satisfaction. This is a hands‑on role covering digital marketing, content creation, social media management, events, and close collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.

The position offers an exciting opportunity to gain end‑to‑end experience across brand, digital, and lifestyle marketing within the real estate and student housing sectors.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities Marketing Campaigns & Digital Presence
  • Support the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement.
  • Manage digital channels, including website updates, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Ensure all marketing assets, website content, and visuals are accurate, up to date, SEO-optimised, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Design and/or ensure all marketing collateral is consistently high-quality in copy, tone, and design, optimised for brand engagement and lease conversions (e.g. flyers, brochures, banners).
  • Work with internal designers and external agencies to deliver marketing materials that meet brand guidelines and appeal to target markets.
  • Support video and photo shoots and assist property teams with brand and marketing initiatives.
  • Support the delivery of marketing plans through tactical implementation of materials and activities aligned with portfolio business objectives (e.g. digital ads, presentations, resident communications, website updates, photography, video, and event support).
Content Creation & Social Media
  • Develop engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, etc.) and other digital channels.
  • Capture photos, videos, and creative assets from events and daily residence life.
  • Plan, schedule, and actively engage with the online community to build brand engagement.
Sales & Leasing Support
  • Collaborate closely with the leasing team to align marketing initiatives with occupancy and revenue targets.
  • Assist with managing property listings on platforms such as Studapart.
  • Support local campaigns, open days, and other resident‑focused initiatives.
Events & Resident Engagement
  • Support the planning and execution of on‑site events to enhance resident experience and generate content.
  • Engage with residents both in person and online, responding to feedback and fostering a sense of community.
  • Create event‑related collateral, including designs and social media posts.
  • Monitor and manage the brand’s online and offline reputation, ensuring consistent and positive brand perception.
Project Management & Collaboration
  • Liaise with internal teams (Performance Marketing, Sales, Operations, Customer Insights, Design) and external agencies to deliver campaigns and materials.
  • Assist with budget tracking, invoicing, campaign reporting. Tracking campaign KPIs (engagement, leads, conversions), social media growth, occupancy impact, and content performance metrics.
  • Maintain consistently high standards across all marketing outputs.
