Production Painter – Apartment Turnovers (Charleston, SC)

Make Ready Masters is hiring a skilled Production Painter for high-volume apartment turnover work in the Charleston area. This is steady, year-round work for an experienced painter who can produce clean, consistent finishes  are not looking for beginners. We are looking for professionals who know how to move. If you can spray clean, control overspray, and turn units efficiently, you can build a strong, long-term position here.

• Spray interior apartment units (walls, ceilings, trim, doors as needed)
• Properly prep and mask surfaces
• Maintain clean, professional job sites
• Clean and maintain spray equipment daily
• Meet daily production goals
• Communicate clearly with management
• Deliver consistent, high-quality finishes

• 2+ years of professional painting experience (apartment/turnover preferred)
• Strong airless sprayer experience (required)
• Ability to spray clean without excessive masking or back-rolling
• Reliable transportation
• Punctual, dependable, and self-managed
• Professional attitude and work ethic

• $22–$30/hour (Top performers earn $30+)
