The Associate Material Handler supports plant operations by ensuring packing schedules are met, products are received, shipped, and stored accurately, and the warehouse remains in good standing. You will help deliver quality products on time, address questions quickly, and encourage teammates, always maintaining a calm, positive attitude.

• Accurately and efficiently perform all assigned procedures, including receiving, shipping, distribution, material handling, picking, and goods movement.
• Communicate issues professionally and effectively to leadership.
• Support business needs, including overtime, as required.
• Actively participate in all change management and lean transformation activities.
• Ensure safety and quality in all actions, adhering to Safety and Quality Management policies, procedures, and requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• HS diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Team‑player attitude.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs.
