The Chemical Plant Operations Manager ensures the achievement of metrics (Safety, Quality, Inventory, Delivery, & Cost) in the ISC manufacturing organization. You will manage a team that supports production of Electrical Safety Sleeves and other related processes in a team-based chemical manufacturing environment. You will leverage your team's experience and skills to perform activities in a variety of cross-functional areas including production planning, quality management systems, manufacturing, process engineering, materials management, equipment uptime and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensures a safe work environment for all employees.
  • Own SQDIC and financials.
  • Talent Management - Develop a capable team of ISC leaders.
  • People management and resource planning.
  • Production plan execution.
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing/5S activities.
  • Reduction in downtime occurrences.
  • AOP and Capital planning.
  • Coordinate with other departments to meet quality and production goals.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Manufacturing Experience.
  • 2 or more years of experience.
  • Experience with the Microsoft suite of products. (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry and PSM experience.
  • Solid Understanding of Lean/Six Sigma tools and problem-solving methodology.
