Drybar Charleston is hiring a Shop Manager / Lead Stylist who is equally passionate about guest experience

. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants to lead a shop like it’s their own, deliver ah-MAY-zing blowouts, and build a team that wins.
- Running smooth daily operations
- Driving the business forward through strong leadership, coaching, and KPI execution
- Leading the shop to achieve monthly goals in: client count, revenue, add-ons, memberships, retail, and labor efficiency/productivity
- Lead the shop with ownership and accountability, including daily coaching moments and weekly leadership rhythms
- Build weekly execution plans to hit goals (not just talking about it)
- Track performance daily and take corrective action fast
- Create a coaching plan for underperforming KPI areas
- Perform Drybar services with excellence
- Support peak flow by taking clients during busy shifts
- Coach behind the chair on speed, quality, add-ons, and rebooking scripts
- Ensure consistent service execution and Drybar standards
- Schedule to demand and protect payroll
- Manage supply ordering, shop standards, cleaning and presentation
- Maintain brand standards, guest satisfaction, and safety/compliance
- Handle guest recovery when needed with warmth and confidence
- Active cosmetology license (required)
- 2+ years salon leadership experience preferred (assistant manager, lead stylist, educator, etc.)
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Comfortable with goals/KPIs and not intimidated by numbers
- A leader who is consistent and emotionally steady
- Passionate about service excellence and driving results
