Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Maintain daily cleanliness of apartment community public facilities, common areas, and grounds.
- Perform make‑ready cleaning of vacant units prior to move‑in in accordance with the Community Manager’s supervision.
- Respond promptly to resident or management requests and work orders for common areas, buildings, and units.
- Adhere to Asset key policy and report any violations of community rules and regulations to the Community Manager.
- Use property resources, equipment, and supplies efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a favourable image of the community.
- Enforce delegated community policies consistently.
- Perform additional tasks requested by the Community Manager.
- High School Diploma or equivalent;
Bachelor’s degree preferred or at least one year of experience in the housing industry. - Basic computer skills and familiarity with on‑site software functions.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
- Regular use of ladders, stairs, scaffolding, and other equipment; ability to work in tight or confined spaces.
- Capacity to lift and place objects up to 25 lbs.; willingness to work overtime, weekends, and night hours during emergencies.
- Exposure to hazardous chemicals; ability to work in varying temperatures and outdoor conditions.
Salary Range: $16 per hour to $18 per hour.
