Seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial operations for Military Programs. This role is responsible for developing integrated time-phased budgets and schedules, ensuring Earned Value (EV) data is accurate, compliant, and actionable. The Finance Manager will enhance financial controls, procedures, and forecasting systems to optimize program execution and exceed customer expectations. This position requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of government contracting financial requirements, and the ability to deliver timely, actionable insights to program leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred)
• 4+ years of experience in financial management, preferably within military, aerospace, or defense programs
• Strong knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and application
• Familiarity with CAS, FAR, and DFARS compliance
• Proven leadership experience managing financial teams or leading cross-functional projects
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP and financial reporting systems preferred
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance (active clearance preferred)

This role will sit HYBRID out of Charleston, SC. Relocation Assistance will be provided.
