• Support the General Manager in day-to-day restaurant operations
• Partner with front and back‑of‑house teams to maintain service excellence
• Lead by example, coaching staff and nurturing growth
• Contribute to cost control and financial performance strategies
• Collaborate on team goals and execute action plans
• Assist in scheduling, inventory oversight, and team communication
• Deliver memorable guest experiences with enthusiasm and energy
• Embrace teamwork and participate in staff meetings and culture‑building activities

• Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management (preferably high‑volume)
• Proven leadership and people‑management skills
• Familiarity with financials, inventory, and scheduling tools
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
• Genuine passion for hospitality

$55,000 – $65,000 per year plus monthly bonuses.
