Purpose

The Regional Warehouse Manager is a strategic operational role focused on improving inventory accuracy, standardizing warehouse practices, and driving efficiency across all regional branches. This position ensures compliance with safety standards, optimizes material handling processes, and supports organizational goals for cost control and customer satisfaction.

Operational Effectiveness
  • Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including Receiving, Put Away, Picking, Packing, Quality Control checks, and Shipping.
  • Oversee paperwork trail and compliance for all warehouse activities.
  • Optimize warehouse layout for efficiency and safety.
  • Oversee cycle counting processes and implement best practices.
  • Manage customer claims and disputed transfers.
Managerial Effectiveness
  • Establish and enforce SOP adherence across branches.
  • Communicate job duties, priorities, and expectations clearly.
  • Monitor compliance through observation and reporting; provide corrective feedback.
  • Develop and deliver recurring training sessions on technology and process compliance.
Professional Effectiveness
  • Follow through on commitments and demonstrate accountability.
  • Adapt to process changes and promote flexibility.
  • Work independently while influencing cross-branch compliance.
Organizational Effectiveness
  • Promote a culture of accountability, respect, and trust.
  • Share best practices region-wide and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Build consensus across branches and maintain productive relationships.
Key Tasks
  • Conduct LYTX compliance audits and classify events promptly.
  • Track training completion and effectiveness metrics.
  • Manage Bee Line or equivalent systems for temporary labor coordination.
  • Support Project Logistics Services (PLS) including staging, storage, and specialized deliveries.
Qualifications
  • Education:
    • Associate’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field required;
      Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years of warehouse operations experience, including multi‑site or regional responsibility.
    • Proven track record in inventory control, process standardization, and safety compliance.
  • Technical

    Skills:
    • Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms.
    • Familiarity with LYTX compliance tools and temporary labor management systems (e.g., Bee Line).
  • Leadership & Communication:
    • Strong ability to train, coach, and enforce SOPs across multiple locations.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross‑branch collaboration.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Ability to travel regionally up to 30–40%.
    • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
    • Physical ability to work in warehouse environments and lift up to 50 lbs when necessary.
