Location: Charleston, SC

Salary: $125,000-$150,000 Base + Bonus

Position Summary:

A well established GC in the local area is seeking a Superintendent to lead on projects in Charleston. The business has grown steadily in the region and has a strong and growing presence in Charleston and the rest of SC, with a strong backlog of work through 2027.

This role offers the opportunity to lead ground up commercial, healthcare and education projects, while working with a strong team and clear progression paths to further leadership positions.

• Lead projects from cradle to grave, managing field operations and subcontractors
• Ensure project schedule. perform updates and lookaheads, and monitor progress making adjustments to avoid delays
• Enforce quality standards and workmanship requirements
• Enforce company and OSHA safety policies
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and inspectors
• Oversee final inspections and project turnover

• 3+ years as a Superintendent or related role in the construction industry
• Experience leading mid-sized healthcare, education or commercial projects
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• OSHA 30 preferred
• Hard working and demonstrate ambition to grow within a company
• Competitive base salary ( $120k-$150k, DOE)
