Director – Industrial Water (Staff, Full‑time, Relocation Eligible: No, Visa Sponsorship: Yes).

• Lead business development initiatives: marketing, strategy, prospect identification, proposal development, client presentations, project budgeting and contracting.
• Accountable for new business objectives and overall project performance.
• Engage with clients and promote Black & Veatch through client and community activities.
• Support market business plans and client engagement strategies.
• Oversee engineering managers, set project performance goals and ensure implementation.
• Manage internal project teams and owner project representatives on activities.
• Perform performance and commercial management of projects; budgeting, invoicing, payments, and lead project performance reviews.
• Develop and mentor staff; recommend training, promotions, and identify new candidates.

• 20+ years of active water/wastewater experience with demonstrated leadership in the industrial sector.
• Professional Engineering license;
  Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
• Understanding of budgets and financial metrics.
• Contract negotiation skills and knowledge of terms, risks, pricing and payment terms.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
