Twin Rivers Capital, LLC is an established, successful commercial real estate development and brokerage company based in Charleston, SC. We are seeking an experienced, full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team.

The Maintenance Technician oversees daily maintenance across TRC-managed assets, which include an array of office and retail properties (both single- and multi-tenant) throughout the Charleston, SC MSA. This role ensures the physical condition and functionality of the portfolio are well-maintained. The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and able to work independently across multiple sites.

Responsibilities
  • Perform minor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, landscaping, drywall, and painting repairs.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and report findings to Property Manager.
  • Monitor janitorial and landscaping contractors.
  • Track janitorial supplies and stock supply cabinets at properties.
  • Complete turnover projects such as repainting tenant spaces upon move-out.
  • Install marketing signs and perform other general facility tasks.
  • Manage weekly curbside trash and recycling duties.
  • Change air and water filters on schedule.
  • Support miscellaneous maintenance requests (e.g., drywall repair, parking lot striping).
  • On-call availability for after-hours/weekend emergency maintenance issues.
  • Performs other duties as needed
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in building maintenance and repair.
  • Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks across several properties.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills when working with tenants, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Reliable transportation required for travel between retail and office properties across the Tri County area (mileage reimbursed).
  • Ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Technical trade school certification preferred.
