Day Porter

Overview

The Budd Group is seeking a Lead Custodian for an educational facility in the DOWNTOWN area of Charleston.

• EARLY SHIFT: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
• Set schedule:
  Monday through Friday, no weekends
• Location:
  
  Downtown Charleston (Morrison Drive)

• Serve as the main point of contact for all janitorial needs
• Clean up spills and messes as they occur
• Change ceiling tiles and light bulbs when needed
• Pull and remove trash from the facility
• Use power equipment such as blowers to clean entryways
• Move desks, furniture, and chairs
• Sanitize high-touch areas (push plates, door handles, water fountains)
• Sweep, mop, and perform high and low dusting
• Clean restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas
• All other duties will be assigned

Candidate must be able to pass a criminal background check and TB test.
