What You’ll Bring- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and techniques
- Basic maintenance skills and a willingness to pitch in
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to stay active and perform physical tasks throughout the day
- A friendly, professional demeanor with a can‑do attitude
- Prepare vacant units:
Ensure all vacant units are cleaned and ready for new residents, making a great first impression. - Maintain common areas:
Keep key areas such as the clubhouse, pool, dog park, compactor, and breezeways neat and welcoming for all visitors. - Routine cleaning:
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust common areas to keep them sparkling clean. - Waste management:
Empty trash containers and dispose of waste properly to maintain cleanliness. - Minor repairs:
Assist with small maintenance tasks, including changing light bulbs and completing minor repairs when needed. - Inventory management:
Keep track of cleaning supplies and request replenishments when necessary to ensure you’re always stocked. - Health & safety:
Follow all health and safety guidelines to keep our environment safe for residents and team members alike. - Professionalism:
Maintain a positive attitude and approach to all tasks, ensuring you create a pleasant experience for everyone on the property.
- Time management:
The ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently to stay on top of your duties. - Detail‑oriented:
You’ll have an eagle eye for noticing even the smallest things that need attention. - Communication:
Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members and residents. - Independence: A self‑starter who can manage tasks with minimal supervision.
- Physical stamina:
The ability to handle the physical demands of cleaning and maintaining the property throughout the day.
