Porter/Groundskeeper

We’re looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude to ensure our property is always in top condition. If you take pride in your work and enjoy helping create a welcoming space for others, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Bring
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and techniques
  • Basic maintenance skills and a willingness to pitch in
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to stay active and perform physical tasks throughout the day
  • A friendly, professional demeanor with a can‑do attitude
Your Responsibilities
  • Prepare vacant units:
    Ensure all vacant units are cleaned and ready for new residents, making a great first impression.
  • Maintain common areas:
    Keep key areas such as the clubhouse, pool, dog park, compactor, and breezeways neat and welcoming for all visitors.
  • Routine cleaning:
    Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust common areas to keep them sparkling clean.
  • Waste management:
    Empty trash containers and dispose of waste properly to maintain cleanliness.
  • Minor repairs:
    Assist with small maintenance tasks, including changing light bulbs and completing minor repairs when needed.
  • Inventory management:
    Keep track of cleaning supplies and request replenishments when necessary to ensure you’re always stocked.
  • Health & safety:
    Follow all health and safety guidelines to keep our environment safe for residents and team members alike.
  • Professionalism:
    Maintain a positive attitude and approach to all tasks, ensuring you create a pleasant experience for everyone on the property.

    The ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently to stay on top of your duties.
  • Detail‑oriented:
    You’ll have an eagle eye for noticing even the smallest things that need attention.
