We re searching for an experienced Real Estate Legal Assistant or Paralegal who can assist with residential closings from start to finish—embracing every exciting challenge along the way. • Train to own every step of the pre- and post-closing process
• Order and review title searches with precision
• Prepare and issue title commitments and final policies—every detail counts
• Handle all closing documents and packages like a pro
• Manage disbursements with the skill of a true closing expert

• at least 1-3 years of consistent residential real estate law experience
• Qualia experience strongly preferred
• A sharp eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
• A talent for staying organized in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience with title work, preparing commitments, and drafting closing documents
• An associate  degree is preferred—but we value skill and drive above all
