Location: Charleston, SC (In-office preferred; limited flexibility for strong candidates)

We are seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney to manage personal injury cases from initial intake through demand and settlement. This role is focused exclusively on pre-litigation work and requires full ownership of assigned files. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling a caseload independently, communicating directly with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers, and driving cases toward resolution prior to litigation.

This is not an intake-only or litigation-heavy role. Candidates must have hands-on experience preparing demand packages, negotiating settlements, and managing medical records and treatment documentation.

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through pre-litigation settlement
• Own cases end-to-end, including client communication and case strategy
• Prepare and submit comprehensive demand packages
• Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters
• Review medical records, bills, and treatment documentation
• Coordinate with medical providers regarding records and liens
• Maintain accurate case documentation and timelines
• Provide regular updates and guidance to clients throughout the case lifecycle

• Minimum 3+ years of pre-litigation personal injury experience
• Proven experience managing a PI caseload independently
• Strong hands-on experience with demand packages and settlement negotiations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Active state bar license (jurisdiction to be confirmed)
• Willingness to work in-office (preferred)
