We are currently hiring in Columbus, OH, Toledo, OH, and Charleston, SC.

• Handle mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions, including structuring, negotiating, and documenting deals.
• Advise clients on corporate governance matters, including compliance with federal, state, and local laws, and the creation of policies and procedures for managing corporate affairs.
• Assist with a variety of general corporate matters, such as corporate formation, restructuring, and regulatory compliance.

• Licensed to practice law in either OH or SC.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• 5+ years of experience in corporate transactional law, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and general corporate matters.

• Experience working within an Am Law 200 firm or a similarly prestigious legal environment is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with basic tax concepts and securities laws.
