• Providing exceptional client service by updating them on the status of their case through phone calls, text messaging, and emails.
• Reviewing documents to ensure accuracy.
• Keeping thorough documentation in the case management system.
• Managing the retrieval and processing of medical records and bills.
• Maintaining physical custody of the file and keeping it organized and updated appropriately.
• Providing professional assistance to the attorney assigned to the file.
• This role handles files in the pre‑litigation status. This position does not handle litigation after a suit is filed on a case.
