Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and trial strategies.
  • Draft, review, and file legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with court requirements.
  • Coordinate with attorneys and clients to gather essential case information and documentation.
  • Manage case files and maintain organized records for easy access and retrieval.
  • Assist in the preparation of trial exhibits, witness lists, and other essential materials.
  • Schedule and coordinate depositions, hearings, and meetings with all involved parties.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information for case progression.
Qualifications
  • Experience in personal injury law, with a focus on litigation support.
  • Ability to conduct thorough legal research to aid in case preparation and trial strategies.
  • Proven track record of drafting, reviewing, and filing legal documents with precision and compliance.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage case files and maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with attorneys, clients, and other parties to gather essential case information.
  • Experience in preparing trial exhibits, witness lists, and other critical materials for court proceedings.
  • Excellent communication skills to provide clients with updates and gather necessary information for case progression.
Compensation

$55,000 - $70,000 yearly
