Job Description

  • Lead comprehensive document management and analysis for high-profile insurance litigation cases.
  • Prepare detailed medical record summaries and chronologies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
  • Oversee the procurement of medical records, maintaining strict HIPAA compliance throughout.
  • Draft and serve subpoenas, discovery requests, pleadings, and responses in preparation for litigation.
  • Track and manage statewide rosters and dockets, ensuring all deadlines and filings are met.
  • Submit timely and thorough status reports to national counsel and high-level clients.
  • Execute electronic filings (ECF) in Federal Court, ensuring compliance with court procedures.
  • Maintain accurate time records for client billing, ensuring precise and timely submissions.
The Firm is Seeking:
  • A minimum of three years’ experience in a law firm, with a strong preference for candidates with insurance litigation expertise.
  • In-depth knowledge of the litigation process, including court and administrative hearing rules and procedures.
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with legal software applications.
  • Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills to manage complex casework efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively liaise with clients, attorneys, and team members.
  • A professional demeanor with the ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting and contribute to shared office duties.
