We are working with a boutique litigation firm based in Charleston, SC, specializing in insurance defense across a range of practice areas including personal injury, premises liability, construction defects, and professional liability. Our team is known for its collaborative culture, high-quality legal work, and commitment to client service.

• Represent clients in all phases of insurance defense litigation.
• Manage cases from inception through trial or settlement.
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence.
• Analyze complex legal and factual issues.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in South Carolina.
• 2–7+ years of insurance defense litigation experience preferred.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently.
• Experience with trial preparation and courtroom litigation is a plus.
