• Conduct thorough data analysis using Google Analytics and Shopify to understand user interactions and behavior on the website
• Perform journey mapping and funnel analysis to identify areas for improvement in user navigation and reduce abandonment rates
• Collaborate with developers to implement event tagging for accurate data tracking of interactive website elements
• Manage a high‑velocity A/B Testing program, formulating strategic hypotheses and measuring the impact on site performance
• Communicate key findings and actionable insights to clients to enhance website experience and drive improvements

• 4‑7 years of experience in e‑commerce
• Proficiency in quantitative data analysis, statistics, and data visualization
• Expertise in Google Analytics, the Shopify ecosystem, and various A/B Testing software platforms
• Strong understanding of user‑centered design principles and design thinking strategies
• Ability to create effective reports and present insights to stakeholders

• Experience in creating prototypes, wireframes, and user flows to communicate design ideas
• Familiarity with working in fast‑paced environments and managing multiple client projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with development, design, and project management teams
