Responsibilities and SkillsDigital Content and Social Media Management
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across social media, email, websites, and paid platforms
- Lead day-to-day management of social media channels: content planning, publishing, community engagement, and performance tracking
- Develop platform-specific strategies aligned with brand voice, campaign goals, and audience behavior
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual standards across all digital touchpoints
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on campaign objectives, audiences, and messaging priorities
- Support content creation by identifying, capturing, and coordinating visual assets, including on-the-spot photography, while collaborating with professional photographers for larger campaigns
Digital Marketing and Campaign Execution
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social and search campaigns, including targeting, budget management, and performance tracking
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights) and translate data into actionable recommendations
- Stay current on digital trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to continuously improve performance
Website and Blog Management
- Manage content updates across multiple websites, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and SEO best practices
- Support content strategy development and execution aligned with marketing goals
- Manage blog publishing schedules and updates to support brand storytelling and organic growth
- Proven experience managing social media for a brand or business
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social, email, websites, and paid media
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms, website CMS tools, and analytics platforms
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders
- Clear, professional communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; advanced degree a plus
- 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience with measurable performance outcomes
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva for light content creation and editing
- Experience executing integrated digital campaigns
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute efficiently
- Solid understanding of marketing trends, consumer behavior, and digital platforms
- High standard for execution and attention to detail
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for testing new platforms, tools, and trends
- Background in hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer brands is a plus
