A defense contracting firm is seeking a Help Desk and Audio-Visual VTC Support specialist to provide essential technical support for AFCENT networks and AV/VTC systems at Shaw Air Force Base. Candidates must have 3 years of Help Desk experience and hold a Security+ certification along with U.S. Citizenship and an Active Top-Secret Clearance. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, effective communication, and detailed documentation of support issues.

Competitive candidates will have a proven ability to maintain and repair AV/VTC equipment.
