OPPORTUNITYThe Director / Senior Director of Integrated Strategy & Research (ISR) will define and drive the strategic foundation for Sunny’s Marketing & Experience Team (M&ET). This role sits at the core of how Sunny engages consumers, translates data into insight, and converts strategy into measurable action.
You will lead the design and activation of integrated marketing strategies that combine behavioral science, data analytics, and Mar Tech capability to deliver meaningful member engagement. You will also partner closely with Brand, Creative & Content (BCC), Experience Operations (XO), and Integrated Program Management (IPM) to ensure campaigns and programs are anchored in insight, executed through technology, and continuously optimized for performance.
This is both a strategic and operational role — ideal for a leader who can think big, move fast, and collaborate deeply.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Leadership- Lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing and engagement strategies across key client and internal initiatives.
- Translate business objectives and consumer insights into actionable frameworks that connect message, audience, channel, and technology.
- Develop strategic roadmaps, briefs, and presentations that influence creative, Mar Tech, and operational teams.
- Serve as a thought leader on consumer engagement, campaign measurement, and integrated marketing best practices.
- Continuously evolve Sunny’s marketing strategy toolkit, including journey mapping, segmentation, and campaign playbooks, to ensure scalability and performance.
- Direct research and data‑driven insight efforts across markets, segments, and audiences to inform strategic decision‑making.
- Partner with analytics and Mar Tech teams to establish and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and measurement frameworks that evaluate campaign performance and audience behavior.
