First Division Consulting is looking for a highly skilled Systems Engineer IV to lead engineering efforts across hybrid IT systems, software, and hardware product lines with a focus on supporting the DoD C5

ISR mission and the Sensing and Information Operations (SIO) Integrated Product Team (IPT). The Sensing and Information Operations (SIO) IPT Engineering and Technical Support to Terrestrial/Human Intelligence Programs provide engineering and related technical activities such as cyber security, quality assurance, technical documentation development, configuration management, and program management support services to the customer base within the Sensing and Information Operations (SIO) Integrated Product Team (IPT).

This program provides small scale production efforts in support of prototyping and low‑rate initial production systems which includes systems engineering for requirements, design, prototyping, and testing support.

• Lead design, integration, testing, and sustainment of complex IT and C5
  
  ISR systems
• Perform systems analysis, risk management, and technical assessments
• Deliver technical briefings, reports, and recommendations to Government stakeholders
• Serve as technical task lead, overseeing engineering teams and project execution
• Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity and information assurance requirements

• Education/Certification:
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution
  • IAM Level II certification (CAP, CASP+, CISM, CISSP, GSLC, etc.) in accordance with DoD 8570/8140 requirements
• Experience:
  • 10 years (with Master's) or 14 years (with Bachelor's) of IT experience overseeing hybrid software, web, and hardware product development
  • Experience integrating network operating systems, applications, and hardware devices
  • Proven success preparing/delivering technical briefings and managing technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of cost, schedule, and lifecycle considerations in system design
• Security Clearance Level: An active Secret clearance is required.
