Position: IESS Division Manager with Security Clearance
IESS Division Manager
Charleston, SC Salary Range: $110,000 - $120,000 per year. The Integrated Electronic Security Systems (IESS) Division Manager is responsible for the overall planning, execution, and delivery of complex electronic security system programs. This role oversees multiple projects involving access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, perimeter protection, and related integrated security technologies. The Division Manager ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and in compliance with contractual, regulatory, and quality requirements.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Lead and manage multiple IESS projects as part of a coordinated program, from initiation through closeout.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain program schedules, budgets, risk registers, and performance metrics.
• Oversee system design reviews, integration strategies, testing, commissioning, and acceptance activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, installation, IT, cybersecurity, and operations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards, codes, and regulations.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors, including scope definition, performance monitoring, and deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate program risks, technical issues, and resource constraints.
• Prepare and deliver program status reports, briefings, and executive-level communications.
• Support proposal development, cost estimating, and transition from award to execution
• Drive continuous improvement, lessons learned, and best practices across the program. Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, Security Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• PMP, PgMP, or similar project/program management certification
• 8+ years of experience managing electronic security systems projects or programs.
• Demonstrated experience with integrated security systems such as: ◦ Access Control Systems (ACS) ◦ Video Management Systems (VMS) / CCTV ◦ Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) ◦ Perimeter security technologies
• Strong program and project management skills with proven delivery of complex, multi-site programs.
• Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures.

Experience with Government drawing standards and practices with respect to IESS projects.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Security Level:
• Must be eligible for, or able to obtain, a Secret Security Clearance
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
