• Provide in-house and on-site technical support for Midas Rex drills
• Serve as a liaison between sales personnel and customers on technical issues
• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of medical equipment
• Analyze and troubleshoot product malfunctions to ensure quick resolution
• Lead product technical repair and clinical use training for staff

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 0 years of experience
• Strong technical background and customer‑centric mindset
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 75%

• Previous experience as a Technician/Field Services within the medical device industry
• Familiarity with orthopedic anatomy, surgical protocol, and medical terminology
• Experience with commonly used test equipment (e.g., dosimeters, power supplies)
• Ability to read and understand schematics and engineering drawings
• Knowledge of FDA regulations related to medical devices
