Systems Engineer IV

Overview

First Division Consulting is looking for a highly skilled Systems Engineer IV to lead engineering efforts across hybrid IT systems, software, and hardware product lines. This role involves full lifecycle system engineering — from design and integration to testing and sustainment — with a focus on supporting DoD C5

ISR missions.

• Lead design, integration, testing, and sustainment of complex IT and C5
  
  ISR systems.
• Perform systems analysis, risk management, and technical assessments.
• Deliver technical briefings, reports, and recommendations to Government stakeholders.
• Serve as technical task lead, overseeing engineering teams and project execution.
• Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity and information assurance requirements.

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• 10 years (with Master’s) or 14 years (with Bachelor’s) of IT experience overseeing hybrid software, web, and hardware product development.
• Experience integrating network operating systems, applications, and hardware devices.
• Proven success preparing/delivering technical briefings and managing technical teams.
• IAM Level II certification (CAP, CASP+, CISM, CISSP, GSLC, etc.) in accordance with DoD 8570/8140 requirements.
• Strong understanding of cost, schedule, and lifecycle considerations in system design.
• Clearance Required:
