Job DescriptionLocation: Charleston SC
Duration: 36 Months
REPORTS TO: Executive Director of Information Technology
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform system deployments including hardware and software configuration, primarily on Apple computers and tablets.
- Troubleshoot supported desktop operating systems and applications.
- Distribute custom software to all Apple systems.
- Manage backups of Apple workstations and laptops.
- Maintain excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by manager and/or assistant manager.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High School Diploma/GED
Experience:
3-4 years of experience in Apple support, emphasizing Intel-based Apple hardware and software including MAC, iOS devices. Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and network administration/protocols, iOS and/or macOS application development.
