Test Lead is responsible for the O&M and new Initiatives program Test Strategy and Plan. Responsible for leading testing activities across global team, using test automation tools, to maximize efficiency. Responsible to managing team to meet planned schedule and budget, with focus on continuous improvement.

Specifically:

• Facilitate meetings and workshops, create a shared understanding with stakeholders, and engage team members to define testing goals, objectives and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with stakeholders and product teams to decompose large stories into features and user stories focusing on testability and completeness
• Provide vision and direction for the testing processes, procedures, and adoption of automated testing best practices
• Assist with ensuring all sprint plans include testing activities and maintain overall product quality.

• Must have a minimum of 3 years’ combined experience in testing and leading testing efforts
• Must have hands on experience with test automation tools
• Experience supervising teams of testers through all phases of testing.
• Experience with People Soft HCM Payroll and Time and Attendance.

• Previous consulting experience and understanding customer/business needs
• 508 compliance experience

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
