Project/Program Consultant II

Project Manager – Digital Transformation at MUSC Health. Lead cross‑functional projects from concept to launch, coordinating timelines, resources, and communication across clinical, operational, and IT teams. Translate business needs into actionable project plans, monitor performance metrics, and help bring transformative technology to life across the enterprise.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross‑functional projects from concept to launch.
  • Coordinate timelines, resources, and communication across clinical, operational, and IT teams.
  • Translate business needs into actionable project plans.
  • Monitor performance metrics and report findings.
  • Serve as a technical expert, resource to agency leadership, and lead team discussions.
  • Develop goals and objectives, incorporate plans for completion/implementation.
  • Guide staff development and ensure proper work methods.
  • Conduct research on critical, confidential matters requiring statutory or policy modifications.
  • Prepare reports and advise management on findings and recommendations.
  • Develop internal program policies, procedures, and strategic standards.
  • Evaluate effectiveness and efficiency of programs and services.
  • Evaluate processes and recommend improvements to agency procedures, operations, interdepartmental workflow, and organizational design.
  • Work independently, may assume team lead role.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of work experience.
