Overview
Manpower is seeking a Recruiter to join their team. As a Recruiter, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition Department supporting the staffing needs of the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for connecting talented individuals with meaningful opportunities, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Charleston, SC
Pay Range: $24-$25
Shift: M-F 8am-5pm
What’s the Job?- Identify, assess, and place a diverse portfolio of candidates to meet client needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and community partners.
- Conduct interviews, review resumes, and coordinate the interview process.
- Utilize various sourcing methods including social media, job postings, and networking events.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, customer service, or sales.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Taleo, Bullhorn) is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
