Recruiter, Talent Manager

Overview

Manpower is seeking a Recruiter to join their team. As a Recruiter, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition Department supporting the staffing needs of the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for connecting talented individuals with meaningful opportunities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Recruiter

Location: Charleston, SC

Pay Range: $24-$25

Shift: M-F 8am-5pm

• Identify, assess, and place a diverse portfolio of candidates to meet client needs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and community partners.
• Conduct interviews, review resumes, and coordinate the interview process.
• Utilize various sourcing methods including social media, job postings, and networking events.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).

• At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, customer service, or sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Taleo, Bullhorn) is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
