As a Barista, you will create, prepare, and serve coffee beverages, maintain cleanliness, assist in restocking, and provide outstanding customer service.

Additional responsibilities include receiving and serving food and drink orders to guests seated at the bar, accepting and processing guest payments, and reporting cash and credit card gratuities in compliance with IRS standards.

• Create, prepare, and serve coffee beverages according to recipes and record drink orders accurately.
• Receive and serve food and drink orders to guests seated at the bar.
• Accept and process guest payment and report cash and credit card gratuities received to comply with IRS standards.
• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including coffee station and bar tops, wash/sterilize glassware, and set up and break down all bar items.
• Assist with restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies, and report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to manager.
• Constant standing/walking with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting.

• Have a positive energy, be ready to assist fellow support staff and work as a team player.
• At least one year of barista or similar experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and all guests.
• A flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
