Position Overview:Night Manager
We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and guest-focused Night Auditor/Manager on Duty (MOD) to join our team! In this role, you’ll oversee evening operations, handle guest check-ins and check-outs, reconcile daily financial transactions, and ensure the safety and security of our property overnight.
- Oversee evening operations and guest check-ins/out.
- Reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare reports.
- Ensure safety and security of the property overnight.
- Provide excellent customer service independently.
The ideal candidate will have previous hospitality experience in a similar role, strong accounting and financial reporting skills, excellent customer service abilities, and be comfortable working independently. Proficiency in hotel management software (M3 preferred) and Microsoft Office is a plus. This is an overnight position, and we’re seeking someone dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
