This individual is part of the heart of house team, responsible for ensuring a memorable and comfortable guest experience. Responsibilities include changing towels, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and addressing guest requests to keep rooms stocked, clean, and inviting.

• Properly remove trash and dirty linens from guestrooms.
• Use cleaning chemicals to sanitize each guestroom.
• Replenish supplies and amenities to standard.
• Vacuum carpets and clean hard floors.
• Deliver or retrieve requested items from guests.
• Ensure guestrooms are secured.
• Follow the lost and found policy for guest items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen closets.
