We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeper. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring that our apartments are clean and prepared for move in of new tenants. Your exceptional cleaning skills and attention to detail will contribute to providing a pleasant experience for our new residents. HousekeeperResponsibilities
- Clean rooms, hallways, elevators, lobbies, common areas, fitness, and business centers.
- Dust and polish various surfaces and furniture.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
- Change linens and towels and replace toiletries.
- Replenish amenities such as toiletries, towels, and linens in common areas.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or equipment malfunctions to the maintenance supervisor.
- Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and inform the maintenance supervisor when supplies need replenishing.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for both yourself and our residents.
- Consistently offers professional, friendly, and engaging service.
- Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals, and the ability to safely handle and operate them.
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and infection control procedures.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
