Position Summary

bSupervisor Housekeeping role at bHilton Grand Vacations supervises housekeeping operations, including rooms, common areas, and key house areas to maintain the resort’s high cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in training housekeeping staff on safety, security, department procedures, and service guidelines.
  • Help schedule staff according to standards and forecasted occupancy; assign daily work tasks to employees.
  • Inspect guestrooms and public areas throughout the resort.
  • Maintain inventory at appropriate par levels; ensure employees have necessary tools and supplies.
  • Perform shift‑associate work such as room assignment, vacant room discrepancy reports, and departure reports.
  • Assist in all department meetings.
  • Document and communicate maintenance requests to the engineering department to meet resort service quality standards.
  • Respond quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in the performance review process.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Basic computer and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible schedule; able to work varied days and shifts, including weekend and holiday work.
  • Proficient English language communication skills, both verbal and written, with guests, owners, co‑workers, and the department.
