Valet

As a Valet Runner, you are responsible for delivering an exceptional first and last impression by safely parking and retrieving guest vehicles while providing outstanding customer service. You are a key part of the arrival and departure experience, ensuring efficiency, safety, and discretion at all times.

* DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

** Maintain cleanliness, order, and traffic flow in the hotel’s front drive or valet area. Record vehicle details and issue valet tickets accurately. Ensure the valet area is always properly covered by a team member and never left unattended.

Perform other duties as assigned for the operation.
** REQUIRED

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

** Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles.

Previous experience in valet or customer service preferred (luxury or 5-star hotel is an advantage).Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to stand, walk, and run short distances for extended periods. Calm under pressure, with strong time management and problem-solving skills.
