Responsibilities- Perform radiographic procedures at a technical level requiring sound understanding of anatomical positioning and physiology; maintain a high degree of technical competency and act with initiative and ingenuity with minimum supervision.
- Apply ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis in adult and/or pediatric radiology.
- Provide imaging support for outpatient clinics, same-day surgeries, and walk-in appointments across multiple imaging environments.
- Support imaging services for adult and pediatric care in three different working environments:
Shawn Jenkins Children Hospital and Summey Medical Pavilion, Rutledge Tower, Ashley River Tower, and University Medical Hospital.
- Required License Certification and Registration:
Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). - Licensure from the South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association is required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required, either AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider.
This position includes incentives such as a $10,000 sign-on bonus and up to $5,000 relocation bonus for qualified candidates. Certain shifts are also paid shift differentials. Apply today!
